Vitalius Real Estate Group said this week the Winter Street Townhomes project is scheduled to be completed in August.
Winter Street Townhomes is a collaboration between NewHeight Group, led by Erin Cooperrider and Chip Newell, and Redfern Properties, led by Jonathan and Catherine Culley. Each development team has extensive experience building high-end residences in Portland, with NewHeight's presence felt on Franklin Street and the Culleys recently finishing up the 18-story Casco apartment building.
At Winter Street Townhomes, at 39-55 Winter St., there will be nine units. It is part of the larger redevelopment of the former site of Mercy Hospital.
The homes, priced at $1.9 million, offer two distinct outdoor spaces, room for parking, with two charging stations. There will also be flex spaces can be converted to a home office, gym or entertainment space.
“The Winter Street Townhomes offer the essence of refined urban living, seamlessly integrating privacy, convenience and high-quality construction in the coveted West End neighborhood of Portland. Our buyers, predominantly from other parts of Maine, are looking to enjoy the convenience of city life without compromising on comfort or exclusivity," said Brit Vitalius, principal and owner of Vitalius Real Estate Group.
