94 Industrial Park Road, Saco: 9,050-square-foot industrial building sold to 95 Industrial Park Road LLC by DTSH LLC for $727,500. Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 15, 2016.

1290 Congress St., Portland: 4,248-square-foot office building on 0.24 acres sold to Joy Real Estate of Portland LLC by Meredith Burgess for $457,000.  Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers and Mark Sandler of Cardente Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 16, 2016.
