Mark Sandler of Cardente Real Estate brokered the transaction, which closed July 20, 2016.

127-129 Congress St., Portland: 8,272-square-foot multi-unit/retail building sold to Flatbush Ventures LLC by At Home Properties LLC for $1.117 million. TC Haffenreffer from NAI The Dunham Group and Jon Leahy from JT Realty brokered the sale, which closed July 15, 2016.

73 Industrial Park Road, Saco: 9,200-square-foot industrial building sold to 3 Daughters LLC by Progress Partners LLC for $645,000. Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group and Cheri Bonawitz from KW Commercial brokered the sale, which closed July 21, 2016.
