Jeffrey Wooster (representing seller) and Bob Bond (representing buyer) from Lynam Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed March 6, 2018.

257 Deering Ave., Portland: 4,984-square-foot mixed use (office/residential) building sold to 257 Deering LLC by Rundlett and Fifield for $702,500. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers and Chris Lavoie of Keller Williams brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 28, 2018.

Industrial Park Road, Saco: 5.42-acre lot sold to Saco Industrial LLC by The Patterson Companies LLC for $325,000. Greg Hastings and Tom Dunham from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed March 22, 2018.

26 Edison Dr., Augusta: 79,126-square-foot office building sold to Maine State Housing Authority by Eaton Corporation for $1.6 million. Dan Greenstein of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 22, 2018.

9 Willey Road, Saco: Industrial building sold to Genco Properties LLC by 9 Willey LLC for $1.1 million. Nate Stevens of CBRE|The Boulos Co. and Greg Hastings of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed March 22, 2018.

451 Carl Broggi Highway, Lebanon: 12,000-square-foot retail building on 3.22 acres sold to Donald Boucher by The Orr Family LLC for $650,000. TC Haffenreffer from NAI The Dunham Group and Paula Standley from The Masiello Group brokered the sale, which closed March 12, 2018.

311 Beech Ridge Road, Scarborough: Retail building sold to 311 Beech Ridge LLC by LDS Realty & Scarborough Day Spa for $475,000. Dan Greenstein of CBRE|The Boulos Co. and Laurie Roberge of The Bean Group brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 28, 2018.
