1156 Broadway, South Portland: 75,712-square-foot industrial building and 15.4 acres sold to 1156 Broadway LLC by Stanmar Corporation for $3 million. Tom Dunham from NAI The Dunham Group and Mark Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the sale, which closed May 10, 2016

520 Main St., Saco: Retail building sold to JAF Realty LLC , by Ginn Saco-South Portland LLC for $800,000. Andrew Ingalls of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Kevin McQuinn of Lux Realty brokered the deal, which closed April 26, 2016.

Lot 5, Bath Road, Brunswick Landing: 2.17 acres sold to Priority Real Estate Group by the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority for $503,000. The deal closed May 6, 2016.

121 Orion St., Brunswick Landing: Office building and accompanying land (Lot 47, 1.2 acres) sold to Priority Real Estate Group by the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority for $410,000. The deal closed May 6, 2016.

867 Western Ave., Manchester: J&S Oil Co. sold its Home Oil Heating Division to Augusta Fuel for an undisclosed amount. Ed Herczeg and Cheri Bonawitz of KW Commercial brokered the deal, which closed March 31, 2016. J&S Oil Co. sold its Wholesale Fuel Supply Division, Transport Logistics Business, Wholesale Freight Division and Convenience Stores including fuel, lube and car wash facilities with locations in Auburn, Augusta, Farmingdale, Lewiston, Manchester, Topsham, Waterville and Winslow to Nouria Energy Corp. for an undisclosed amount.
