RE/MAX Shoreline in Portland launched a new leasing and tenant representation division, led by Jenn Parker.
The expansion represents a significant milestone for the agency as it seeks to broaden its services and meet the growing demands of clients in the competitive real estate market.
The new division aims to provide comprehensive and tailored solutions for clients seeking to lease or find suitable tenants for their properties
As head of the division, Parker is expected to leverage her knowledge of long-term residential leasing and property management, helping clients navigate the leasing process.
"With the demand for rental properties on the rise, it is crucial to have a dedicated team that specializes in leasing and tenant representation,” said Derrick Buckspan, broker and owner of RE/MAX Shoreline. “Our goal is to simplify the process for clients and ensure they find the perfect space or tenant to meet their requirements."
The division will provide a wide range of services, including property marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiations, market analysis and strategic advice.
