South Portland mortgage firm CFO leaves for Mass. bank job

Paul Musgrove, chief financial officer of South Portland-based Residential Mortgage Services Inc., has left the company to become CFO at Main Street Bank in Marlborough, Mass.
The bank announced his appointment Monday, and said Musgrove will relocate to Massachusetts with his family.
Residential Mortgage Services provides a range of loan processing, underwriting and direct lending services in 21 states and the District of Columbia. Founded in 1991, RMS operates eight branch offices in Maine and employs 600 people nationally.
Main Street Bank is a 13-branch mutual savings institution created by the 2017 merger of two other Massachusetts banks. Main Street had $1.03 billion in assets at the end of March.
