Three Ford dealerships get new owners; $10M investment planned
Three Maine businessmen, including the founder and former chief executive officer of Portland’s PowerPay payment processing company, have purchased three Ford dealerships spread along the coast of Maine.
Stephen Goodrich, the founder and former CEO of PowerPay; Bob Esposito, the vice president of sales and marketing at Yankee Ford in South Portland; and Esposito’s son, Anthony Esposito, purchased Brunswick Ford, Rockland Ford and Yankee Ford.
Bob Esposito told the Portland Press Herald that the three dealerships have roughly 120 employees, and that the three are planning to invest close to $10 million in improvements and renovations to the Ford dealerships.
