Westbrook excavation firm sold

Westbrook excavation company White Bros. is being acquired by a Connecticut construction firm.

Co-owners and brothers Mike and Tim White cited health reasons in their decision to sell the 55-year-old company to Lane Construction, according to Current Publishing. The White brothers, along with Mike White's son, Josh, will continue to manage the company's day-to-day operations, and the company will retain its name. A purchase price was not disclosed.

White Bros. has 60 employees.
