2021 Women to Watch Honorees
Since 2009, Mainebiz has honored a group of women who have demonstrated leadership in every field of business and the nonprofit world. Now for the 13th year, we recognize the Mainebiz Women to Watch.
To date, 63 remarkable individuals have received this distinction. This year, the Women to Watch come from throughout Maine and range from CEOs to leaders of nonprofits and a chamber of commerce and even a registered Maine guide.
Maine can be grateful to have leaders like these. As the pandemic continues to challenge the state and the country, the resilience, abilities and dedication of these eight women are more important than ever.
A major part of the Mainebiz Women to Watch program is a reception for the honorees. Last year’s event was held via Zoom, but Mainebiz currently plans to host an in-person celebration on Sept. 16, outdoors, at Thompson’s Point in Portland. Click here for more information.
