    NO, Maine is still so restricted so why would people come here when they can go to a state that is more welcoming? Until we fully open up and make it easier and nicer for people to come, we will not get back to pre-COVID tourism numbers. I wouldn't come here!! I am going to a place to get away from the restrictions, not endure more. Maine needs to open up and get back to business and life!
