Encourage your employees to be healthy, eat well, exercise, and stay home when sick. You open yourself up to lawsuits by "encouraging" them to get the shot, which equates to pressuring or bullying them.

Each employee is quite capable of making an informed, rational decision on his/her own. It is not the place of the employer to tell them what they should do about their health. I am still waiting to hear a little more about the effects, etc. before I make a decision whether or not to get the vaccine myself, but I expect I will get it.

The Trump Administration unleashed US businesses and we have three vaccines in less than a year. Not an accident- the previous caronavirus vaccine took 5 years to develop. The FDA even dragged its feet until The UK and Canada had already approved it.

We have been able to completely control the outbreak of the virus in our company by offering to give bottles of supplements to the employees on a voluntary basis. Every employee is given 1000 mg Quercetin, 50 mg zinc picolinate, 2000 mg D3 and not one of us has gotten so much as a sniffle. Ironically this is the same protocol mentioned in multiple medical journals as having been effective to prevent covid as well as other viral infections. Non-toxic, cheap and if you stop, no lasting after effects unlike the RNA based vaccine that has no long term effects monitored yet. There is no profit in a cure and billions of dollars on the line with the vaccine.

The vaccine should me mandatory. As the old saying goes, your right to freely swing your fists ends at the bridge of my nose.
