Two longstanding goals have guided Gnome’s work since day one:
That focus was founded upon our identity as a family business that has always put people first. Founder Rick Campbell grew the company from that vision, treating each employee with the same warmth, respect, and expectation of personal integrity that he shared with every one of his customers. That was the lesson that Rick passed onto Todd & Chace when they first began working at Gnome—and still champion as the company’s owners today. Our staff’s uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship, customer service, and community support reflect our pledge to continue to honor the principles that have kept Gnome growing strong.
Products: We supply a service to our customers. Services include landscape construction, design, masonry and maintenance.

Career/job opportunities:
Company Benefits: Compensation is based on experience and job knowledge. Our relationships with team members are based on mutual respect and integrity. Community engagement: A commitment to community is in Gnome’s nature. We contribute to the communities in which we live and work, promote responsible resource management and use practices that sustain the environment and the clients we serve. Our commitment to community is shared by all employees, who participate in the projects we undertake to help others. Preble Street, Ronald McDonald House, Portland Museum of Art, Maine Audubon.

I enjoy working at Gnome, where I’m able to build on my constructions skills. The owners are easy to work for, I enjoy the people I work with, the properties and clients we get to work with are great, I’m able to use my creativity to make the project come to completion, and we have good year round work with benefits.
