Greater Portland Health is a federally qualified health center with multiple health centers, including one healthcare for the homeless program, two public housing sites, five school-based health centers, and 11 mobile preventative dental hygiene services in all Portland public schools serving over 12,500 patients from pediatric to geriatric.
Our services include medical, behavioral health, oral health, substance use treatment, chronic and infectious disease management, and psychiatric services.
We are committed to ensuring all members of our community have access to health services regardless of their ability to pay. Greater Portland Health offers a sliding fee scale program and we accept Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurances.
Our vision is a healthy community in which everyone has access to integrated, culturally inclusive, affordable and high-quality health care services promoting physical and emotional wellness.
