Southworth International Group Inc. (SIGI) is a global manufacturer of material handling equipment for vertical lifting and work positioning. Our products provide ergonomic work solutions for a variety of industries and applications, while promoting safer work environments, improved productivity, and workforce optimization. Our roots in Maine date back to 1890 and our corporate headquarters are still in Falmouth, Maine. We also operate four additional US locations as well as facilities in Asia and Europe.

Transportation: Remote work opportunities reduce traffic. emissions, and fuel consumption. An electric vehicle charging station is available at our Falmouth office.
Recycling: We recycle all toner/ ink cartridges, lightbulbs, electronics, and batteries, and we encourage employees to bring similar items from home to be recycled with our materials.
Energy Conservation: Our facilities are equipped with LED lighting with motion sensors to turn off lights in unoccupied areas. Programmable thermostats and low water consumption fixtures are used throughout.
