A roundup of commercial leases for the month of December 2023

Every week in the Thursday Real Estate Insider, Mainebiz publishes a list of commercial leases from around the state.

Leases published on Dec. 7:

General Services Administration leased 11,729 square feet of office space at 400 Congress St. in Portland from PO Square Building LLC. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co.

Preti Flaherty renewed its lease of 9,953 square feet of office space at 45 Memorial Circle in Augusta from Augusta Northern Co. The tenant was represented by Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co.

Make-A-Wish Foundation of Maine leased 3,604 square feet of office space at 66 Mussey Road in Scarborough. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Zachary and Kristine Leeman leased 3,353 square feet of restaurant space at 244 Front St. in Bath from El On Wheels LLC. The transaction was arranged by Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co.

Group Dynamic LLC leased 3,297 square feet of office space at 251 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth from Falmouth Center LLC. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Leathers Marine LLC leased 3,200 square feet of industrial space at 979 Riverside St. in Portland from 987 Riverside LLC. The landlord was represented by Craig Young and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co.

Lifeworks Chiropractic Center PC leased 2,895 square feet of office space at 202 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth. The deal was brokered by Jennifer Davies and Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Powers, LaPierre & Lizotte Townsend PA leased 2,852 square feet of office space at 269 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers and Katie Allen Breggia of the Dunham Group.

SoPoWorx leased 2,107 square feet of retail space at 100 Gorham Road in South Portland from TideSmart Realty LLC. The landlord was represented by Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Ian Laskowski of Morrow Hill.

Maine Nails & Spa leased 1,882 square feet of retail space at 360 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from Willowdale 360 LLC. The landlord was represented by Cameron Foster and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co.

Earthbound Trading Co. leased 1,800 square feet of retail space at 22 Exchange St. in Portland. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Night Peanuts LLC leased 1,710 square feet of restaurant space at 91 Anderson St. in Portland from Redfern Bayside LLC. The transaction was arranged by John Finegan of the Boulos Co.

Immigrant Resource Center leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 555 Commercial St. in Portland from Bridgeport Associates. The tenant was represented by Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Amanda Melnick of Maine Realty Advisors.

M&Z Distribution LLC leased 4,680 square feet of industrial space at 460 Riverside St. in Portland from BGB Holdings LLC. Chris Craig from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Cortex Behavioral Health leased 3,554 square feet of office space at 1 City Center in Portland from One City Center Associates LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Sam Marinko from the Boulos Co.

Move Forward PT leased 2,920 square feet of office space at 85 E St. in South Portland from 85 E Street LLC. The landlord was represented by Joe Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Hurst and Co. LLC leased 2,000 square feet of office space at 265 Main St. Biddeford from 4A Property LLC. The landlord was represented by Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.

Pediatric Development Center leased 4,271 square feet of office and retail space at 15 Lund Road in Saco from Ironside Sports Center LLC. The landlord was represented by Greg Boulos and Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Justin Lamontagne of the Dunham Group.

Hope Community Support Services LLC leased 3,828 square feet of office space at 207 Larrabee Road in Westbrook from Hanover Realty LP. The transaction was arranged by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co.

Eaton Peabody PA leased 3,533 square feet of office space at 151 Capitol St. in Augusta from MPDC II Inc. The transaction was arranged by Nick Lucas and Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co.

Move ME Pilates leased 2,646 square feet of studio space at 160 Presumpscot St. in Portland from SJ Bruni LLC. The landlord was represented by Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Portsmouth Painting Co. leased 500 square feet of office space at 37 Route 236 in Kittery from Blackbird Business Suites LLC. Zach Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal. 

Polestar Design LLC leased 190 square feet of office space at 1 Union Street in Portland from 237 Commercial St LLC. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
