The Boulos Co., headquartered in Portland, announced the promotion of Caitlin Burke to partner.
Based in the firm’s Portsmouth, N.H., office, Burke works with clients in the New Hampshire and Seacoast markets, according to a news release.
Burke joined Boulos in 2016 and has helped businesses and investors navigate the commercial real estate landscape.
“Caitlin is a key member of our team and critical to our success in New Hampshire,” said Drew Sigfridson, a senior partner at Boulos.
Burke’s expertise spans office, industrial, retail and investment properties. She has worked with diverse clients, from local startups to national corporations.
The Boulos Co. is a Maine and New Hampshire commercial real estate firm. Founded by Joseph Boulos in 1975, the firm has grown to include more than 30 team members in Portland and Portsmouth.
