32 Sanford Drive, Gorham: 9,600-square-foot industrial building sold to Sanford Park LLC by 32 Sanford Drive LLC for $1.5 million. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group, and Bret O’Brien from Greater Boston Commercial Properties brokered the sale, which closed June 30.

353 Riverside Drive, Auburn: 31,655-square-foot industrial property sold to Manganaro Northeast LLC by PDI Realty Inc. for $1.2 million. Kevin Fletcher of Keller Williams Realty brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 25.

727 Maine Ave., Farmingdale: 4,336-square-foot mixed-use building sold to Dilbrachar LLC by D & L Cloverleaf Co for $600,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Donald Plourde of Coldwell Banker Plourde brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 24.

645 Main St., Springvale: 3,501-square-foot industrial building sold to Palmer Real Estate LLC by Douglas & Deanne Norton for $365,000. Justin Lamontagne and Bryan Plourde from the Dunham Group and Craig Church from Magnuson Balfour brokered the sale, which closed Aug. 24.

1 Fletcher St., Kennebunk: 4,012-square-foot office building sold to Kennebunk Free Library Association by Smith & Newell Real Estate for $349,000. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Kathy Roberts of Kennebunkport and Shore Realty (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 25.

6 Cool St., Waterville: 3,382-square-foot office building sold to Waterville Land Holdings LLC by Kennebec Water District for $465,000. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Jeffrey Jolicoeur of Surette Real Estate (representing seller) brokered the deal which closed Aug. 8.

0 Ross Corner Road, Shapleigh: 40.53-acre parcel of land sold to Juan Cornejo by Andrew Sheriff for $135,000. Chris Gallagher of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 3.

940 Roosevelt Trail, Windham: 1,080-square-foot retail building sold to Vintage Amusement Co. by Windham Tattoo & Piercing for $134,000. Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed July 14.

60 Barra Road, Biddeford: 10.14 acres of land with permits for 250 multifamily residential units sold to Barra Road LLC by SPME Barra LLC for undisclosed price. Joe Porta of Porta & Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed July 14.

1223 Roosevelt Trail, Raymond: Commercial building sold to Walnut Properties LLC by Donald Drew aka Uncle Don for $800,000. David Jones of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 31.

10 Tibbetts Drive, Brunswick: 21,000-square-foot multi-tenanted NNN retail building sold to 10 Tibbetts LLC by RE Management LLC for $5.9 million. Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate and Christa Kelley of Apex Realty Group brokered the deal, which closed July 15.

1135 Bragdon Road, Wells: Mobile home park sold to Lahey Industries LLC by Home Innovations LLC for $550,000. Kirk Butterfield and Craig Church of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Derek Miller of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 8.

18 Pepperell Square, Saco: 3,552-square-foot retail/office building sold to JAH Properties LLC by JDS Properties LLC for $550,000. Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group and Greg Perry from Broad Cove Collective brokered the sale, which closed Aug. 31.

15 Quimby St., Lewiston: 3,557-square-foot industrial building sold to Sterling Extracts LLC by Burrow Minot LLC for $445,000. Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Sept. 7.

357 Sebago Lake Road, Gorham: 3,309-square-foot retail/commercial building sold to Phoenix Welding Inc. by D & J Coatings Inc. for $142,500. Alex Pirleci and Kirk Butterfield of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Michael Thomas of Keller Williams Realty brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 25.

725 Broadway, South Portland: 13,650-square-foot retail building sold to C725 Broadway LLC by FT Holdings LLC for undisclosed price. Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 22.

54 Pierce St., Lewiston: 4,648-square-foot multi-family property sold to National Capital Holdings LLC by Andrews Management LLC for $359,000. Tyler Stewart of the Fletcher Group at Keller Williams Realty (representing seller) and Amanda Berube of HomeSmart (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 18.
