Here’s a roundup of commercial sales in Maine first published in the Tuesday Real Estate Insider during September. (The Thursday Real Estate Insider compiles real estate leases.)

236 Presumpscot St., Portland: 19,182-square-foot industrial building on 8.99 acres sold to Gable S. Corp. by Portland Land Development LLC for $7.5 million. Justin Lamontagne, TC Haffenreffer, Sylas Hatch and Tom Dunham from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Aug. 23. 

20 Industrial Park Road, Boothbay: 53,500-square-foot self-storage facility sold to 12th Street Management LLC by AC Midcoast Storage LLC for $6 million. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 19.

Heritage Village, Cumberland: 10.44-acre parcel of land sold to Animal Realty LLC by Heritage Village Development Group LLC for $2.9 million. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 21.

58-64 Fairbanks Road, Wayne: Commercial garage and apartments sold to Stephen Roy by John Deblois Jr. for $495,000. Tyler Stewart of the Fletcher Group with Keller Williams brokered both sides of the deal, which closed Aug.19.

64 Lisbon St., Lewiston: 21,000-square-foot office building sold to Mason and Kathryn Giroux by the Gnecco Group for $1.6 million. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and  Joshua Cousineau of Real Brokerage (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 27.

170 Riverside Dr., Augusta: Retail building sold to Well Boy's LLC by  Labonte Investment Realty LLC for $875,000. Ben Spencer of Core Firms brokered the deal, which closed July 26.

177 Water St., Gardiner: Mixed-use building sold to Jacob Waltman by Bomali LLC for $455,000. Ben Spencer of Core Firms (representing buyer) and Marc Brunell of SVN The Masiello Group (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 5.

70 Wentworth St, Biddeford: 482-square-foot single-family home sold to Alexandra Drebitko by the Estate of Donna Dupuis for $195,000. Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Margaret Hill of Coldwell Banker Realty (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 30.

27-33 Odessa Ave. and 28 Reggio Ave., Old Orchard Beach: 4 duplexes and a mixed-use building on 1.06 acres sold to Reggio by the Sea LLC by the Estate of Irene Nadeau for $2.175 million. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group brokered the transaction, which closed on Sept.16.

89 Carleton St., Portland: 3-unit in Portland's West End, near Arts District, sold to undisclosed buyer by AJ Investments LLC for $732,000. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group (representing sellers) and Ashley Kilmartin of Landing Real Estate (representing buyers) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 22.

919 Roosevelt Trail, Windham: 6.9-acre parcel of land sold to Developers Collaborative Predevelopment LLC by the Roman Catholic Bishop of Portland for $564,000. Joe Malone and Luke Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 10.

11 Ocean Ave., Kennebunk: 550-square-foot retail building sold to Scott and Pamela Nickerson by B&C Properties LLC for $500,000. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Ashley O'Neil from Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 4.

54 Sedgley Road, Green: 6,744-square-foot restaurant sold to Tucker Road LLC by B&B NR LLC for undisclosed price. Kirk Butterfield of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Beth Bell of Keller Williams Realty brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 29.
