20 Industrial Park Road, Boothbay: 53,500-square-foot self-storage facility sold to 12th Street Management LLC by AC Midcoast Storage LLC for $6 million. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 19.
Heritage Village, Cumberland: 10.44-acre parcel of land sold to Animal Realty LLC by Heritage Village Development Group LLC for $2.9 million. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 21.
58-64 Fairbanks Road, Wayne: Commercial garage and apartments sold to Stephen Roy by John Deblois Jr. for $495,000. Tyler Stewart of the Fletcher Group with Keller Williams brokered both sides of the deal, which closed Aug.19.
