Here’s a roundup of commercial leases in Maine first published in the Mainebiz Real Estate Insider in March.

From March 30

American Roots Wear LLC renewed its lease of 20,391 square feet of industrial space at 90 Bridge St. in Westbrook from Dana Warp LLC. The deal was brokered by Justin Lamontagne of the Dunham Group and Cheri Bonawitz from Malone Commercial Brokers.

JS McCarthy Co. leased 14,450 square feet of industrial space at 38 Leighton Road in Augusta from Rockwood Development Corp. The deal was brokered by Frank O’Connor and Tom Dunham from the Dunham Group and Dennis Wheelock from Magnusson Balfour.

Siemens has leased 8,440 square feet of office space at 66 Mussey Road in Portland from 66 MR LLC. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers and Peter Gwilyn of Porta & Co. 

Maxim Healthcare Staffing Service Inc. leased 4,741 square feet of office space at 82 Running Hill Road in South Portland from 607 Northern Boulevard Realty Corp. The lease was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Allen Breggia from the Dunham Group.

Southworth Co. leased 4,400 square feet  of retail space at 881 US Route One in Yarmouth from WWD 881 Route One LLC. The deal was brokered by Cheri Bonawitz and Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers.

WEX Inc. leased 4,072 square feet of office space at 400 Southborough Drive in South Portland from 400 Southborough LLC. The lease was brokered by Charlie Craig from the Dunham Group and Jim Harnden from Harnden Commercial Brokers.

Maine Academy of Modern Music renewed its lease of 4,000 square feet at the Roundhouse at 125 Presumpscot St. in Portland. The deal was brokered by Jennifer Davies and Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers. 

Rebel Enterprises LLC leased 3,000 square feet of restaurant space at 649 Congress St. in Portland from Gastonia LLC. Kimberley Veilleux of Porta & Co. brokered the deal. 

Lopburi LLC leased 2,750 square feet of restaurant space at 65 Portland St. in Portland from Sandzoh LLC. The landlord was represented by Kimberley Veilleux of Porta & Co. The tenant was represented by Anthony Struzziero and Vince Ciampi of Porta & Co.

MGT LLC leased 2,675 square feet of retail space at 140 Fore St. in Portland from 100 Fore St.  LLC. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Nurse Brooke LLC leased 2,618 square feet of retail space at 163 Fore St. in Portland from 167 Fore LLC. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Design Practice Group LLC leased 1,350 square feet of retail space from Top of Exchange LLC at 89 Exchange St. in Portland. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Altagracia Ramirez leased 214 square feet of office space at 4 Market Place Drive in York from Stroudwater Capital LLC. Kirk Butterfield and Zachary Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal. 

Mast & Maine LLC leased 125 square feet of office space at 647 U.S. Route 1 in York from York Meadowbrook Plaza LLC. The deal was brokered by Zachary Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and King Weinstein of KRE King Real Estate.

Starbucks leased 0.65 acres of retail land at 84 Auburn St. in Portland from 84 Auburn St. LLC. The deal was brokered by Frank O’Connor of the Dunham Group and Jay Wise from WRE Commercial Brokers.

From March 23

DeLuca LLC, dba Brea Lu Café, leased 7,804 square feet of retail space at 511 Main St. in Westbrook from 511 Main Street LLC. The landlord was represented by Juliana Tonini of EME Commercial Real Estate. The tenant was repped by Sam Marinko and Nate Stevens of the Boulos Co.

Accent on Windows leased 2,114 square feet of retail space at 936 Brighton Ave. in Portland from Muscle City Investments LLC. Joe Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Taco a Go Go leased 1,350 square feet of retail space at 0 Canal Plaza in Portland from Cow Plaza 1 LLC. Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

From March 16

Eaton Corp. leased 19,664 square feet of industrial space at 5 Gendron Drive in Lewiston from Gendron & Gendron Inc. Tim Millet of Porta and Co. represented the tenant.  

Vascular Management & Innovations Group leased 7,901 square feet of office space at 400 Southborough Drive in South Portland. The landlord was represented by Jim Harnden, Harnden Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co. and Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate.
 
Apres LLC has leased 5,400 square feet of production space at 5 Karen Drive in Westbrook from 5 Karen Drive Associates LLC. The tenant was represented by Mike Cobb of Colliers. The landlord was represented by Tom Dunham and Greg Hastings of the Dunham Group.

Angoor Self Pour Wine Bar leased 1,914 square feet of retail space at 120 Fore St. in Portland from 100 Fore St. LLC. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Luchador Corp. leased 1,823 square feet of retail space at 945 Center St. in Auburn from Business Real Estate LLC. The tenant was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. The landlord was repped by Kevin Fletcher and Tyler Stewart of KW Commercial — the Fletcher Group.

The Maine Department of Health & Human Services leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 202 US Route 1 in Falmouth from Fore Side Place LLC. The deal was brokered by Jennifer Davies and Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Widgeon Point Charitable Foundation leased 1,200 square feet of Class A Office space at 163 Fore St. in Portland from 167 Fore St. LLC. The deal was brokered by Jackson Baumann and Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.
 
Quest Diagnostics leased 1,450 square feet of office space at One Cumberland Place in Bangor from MRM Bangor LLC. The tenant was represented by Chris Romano of the Boulos Co. and Gary Schless of CBRE. The landlord was repped by TC Haffenreffer of the Dunham Group.

Polestar Design LLC leased 580 square feet of office space at 565 Congress St. in Portland from Pachios Brothers I LLC. The landlord was represented by Nate Stevens of the Boulos Co. The tenant was repped by Sam Marinko of the Boulos Co.

From March 9

Intermed PA leased 9,406 square feet of office space at 300 Southborough Drive in South Portland from Metro 300 LLC. The lease was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Allen Breggia from the Dunham Group, and Tom Moore from Acadia Realty Advisors.

Dirigo Solar leased 2,540 square feet of office space at 254 Commercial St. in Portland from Waterfront Maine. The landlord was represented by Derek Miller of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by TC Haffenreffer of the Dunham Group.

Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network leased 2,500 square feet of office space at 1 Bowdoin Mill in Topsham from Bowdoin Mill Associates LLC. The deal was brokered by Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Maine People's Alliance leased 2,425 square feet of office space at 155 Lisbon St. in Lewiston from the Hartley Block LP. The transaction was arranged by Chris Paszyc and Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.

Marco Technologies LLC leased 2,400 square feet of industrial space at 2 Lehner Drive in Saco from Patriot Holdings LLC. The landlord was represented by Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was repped by William Moore of SVN Realty Advisors.

American Diamond Cleaning Services leased 2,212 square feet of office space at 311 Darling Ave. in South Portland from RAM Cos. The transaction was arranged by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network LLC leased 1,700 square feet of office space at 199 Main St. in Saco from Johnson Brothers Maine Realty Investment LLC. Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Dennis Hersom, dba State Farm Insurance, leased 1,158 square feet  of office space at 201 Main St. in Westbrook from Pride Properties Inc. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

From March 2

The General Services Administration renewed its lease of 28,300 square feet of office space at 100 Middle St. in Portland from Albany Road Real Estate Partners. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Tony McDonald and Nate Stevens of the Boulos Co.

Low Impact Development Technologies LLC leased 21,328 square feet of industrial space at 9 Laurence Drive in Gorham from 9 Laurence LLC. TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Cintas Corp. No. 2 renewed its 15,100-square-foot office/industrial lease at 293 Target Industrial Circle in Bangor from Cindy H. Andrews. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Allen Breggia from the Dunham Group, working with Chris Romano from the Boulos Co.

Sid Harvey Industries Inc. leased 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 70 Haigis Parkway in Scarborough from Seventy Haigis LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton, Katie Allen Breggia and Justin Lamontagne of the Dunham Group.

RLC Engineering leased 6,783 square feet of office space at 1 Cumberland Place in Bangor from MRM Bangor LLC. TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Comic Link Inc. renewed its 6,719-square-foot office lease at 2 Monument Square in Portland from 800 Northern Corp. Tom Moulton and Katie Allen Breggia from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Maxim Health Care Services Inc. renewed its lease of 4,680 square feet of office space at 1685 Congress St. in Portland from Portland Stroudwater Associates LLC. The landlord was represented by John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was repped by Ryan O'Keefe of Cushman & Wakefield.

Dirigo Support Professionals leased 4,600 square feet of office space at 160 Lisbon St. in Lewiston from EAT Holdings at Lisbon Street LLC. The deal was brokered by Craig Church and Dustin Boutin of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered.

Tequileras LLC leased 3,000 square feet of restaurant space at 8 Heath St. in Old Orchard Beach from KARM Realty Trust V. The tenant was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. The landlord was repped by Charlie Craig and Neil Craig of the Dunham Group.

Winkelman Architecture leased 2,400 square feet of office space at 400 Commercial St. in Portland from 400 Commercial LLC. Tom Moulton and Katie Allen Breggia from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Uncommon Hospitality leased 1,883 square feet of office space at 30 Danforth St. in Portland from J.B. Brown & Sons. Peter Gwilym and Vince Ciampi of Porta & Co. represented both parties in the deal.

Karen Hayden Mindfulness LLC leased 1,549 square feet of office space at 81 Bridge St. in Yarmouth from Sparhawk Investments LLC. The deal was brokered by Alex Pirleci of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co.

Bitofur LLC leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 469 Elm St. in Biddeford from K.M.O. Enterprises LLC. The transaction was arranged by Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co.

Peter Cartine leased 165 SF of office space at 23 Ocean Ave. in Portland from 23 Ocean Ave. Associates LLC. The deal was brokered by Alex Pirleci of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour.
