12 Grays Lane, Biddeford: 7,560-square-foot industrial building sold to Gatti Maine Property LLC by Nichols Holdings LLC for $925,000. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Zachary Resnikoff of Keller Williams Realty (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 25.
