Benchmark Real Estate in Portland, led by Tom Landry, has appointed Courtney Collins as its new chief operating officer.
Collins brings nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry to her new role. Her appointment at Benchmark is a strategic move to enhance the company’s operational efficiency and market presence in Greater Portland, Benchmark said in a news release.
She has held many titles, including real estate agent, listing and transaction manager, director of operations, and director of marketing and advertising. Collins has also contributed to Maine Listings in roles such as trainer and director of marketing and communications
"Courtney's wealth of experience, leadership skills, deep real estate industry knowledge, next-level marketing knowledge, and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable addition to our team,” said Landry. “We look forward to achieving new heights together as we continue to provide top-notch real estate services to our clients."
Collins received the Green Designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors.
Benchmark was founded in 2005.
