Here are the leases that ran in November.

Leases published on Nov. 2

Allagash Brewing Co. leased 64,420 square feet of industrial space at 125 Industrial Way in Portland from STAG Industrial Holdings LLC. The landlord was represented by Tony McDonald and Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co.

IWG leased 14,000 square feet of office space at 41 Hutchins Drive in Portland from 41 Hutchins Drive LLC. The landlord was represented by Jessica Estes of the Boulos Co.

Glass Operating LLC leased 9,629 square feet of office space at Pineland Center in New Gloucester from October Corp. The transaction was arranged by Drew Sigfridson, Claire Richardson, and Reese McFarlane the Boulos Co.

Blue Link Wireless LLC leased 2,513 square feet of retail space at 63 Marginal Way in Portland. The landlord was represented by Kimberly Veilleux of Porta & Co. The tenant was represented by Charlie Craig of the Dunham Group.

Leases published on Nov. 9

D.E.W. Construction Corp. leased 3,500 square feet of office space at 2 Market St. in Portland from 161 Commercial Street LLC. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers and Bryan Plourde of the Dunham Group.

Bake My Day Inc. leased 2,285 square feet of retail space at 327 Ocean House Road in Cape Elizabeth from Hillway Property Management. The tenant was represented by Kimberly Veilleux of Porta & Co. The landlord was represented by Katie Allen Breggia of the Dunham Group.

Winnies Beauty Salon LLC leased 1,239 square feet of retail space at 200 Gorham Road South Portland from CPSP LLC. The deal was brokered by Jackson Baumann and Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Indie Driver Educational Services LLC leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 251 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth from Falmouth Center LLC. The deal was brokered by Jackson Baumann and Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Rayan Investments LTD leased 32,135 square feet of industrial space at 80 Pine Tree Industrial Parkway in Portland from 80 Pine Tree IP LLC. The deal was brokered by Greg Hastings and Tom Dunham of the Dunham Group.

Monaghan Leahy LLP leased 5,749 square feet of office space at 2 Monument Square in Portland from 800 Northern Corp. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia of the Dunham Group.

Powers, LaPierre, Lizotte Townsend PA leased 2,852 square feet of office space at 269 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth from the Shops at Falmouth Square LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia of the Dunham Group and Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Merchant Focus Processing Inc. leased 2,767 square feet of office space at 56 Northport Drive in Portland from 56 Upham LLC. The deal was brokered by Bryan Plourde of the Dunham Group and Steve Baumann from Compass Commercial Brokers.

Burgess Advertising & Marketing leased 2,350 square feet of office space at 65 West Commercial St. in Portland from J.B. Brown & Sons. The landlord was represented by Brice O’Connor of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Frank Pelleteri leased 2,000 square feet of office space at 209 Main St. in Saco from Saco House Group. The transaction was arranged by Chris Paszyc and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co.

Central Maine Medical leased 2,068 square feet at 25-29 Bowdoin St. in Manchester from Venetians Inc. Craig Church of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the transaction.

CFM Transportation leased 1,832 square feet of office space at 65 West Commercial St. in Portland from J.B. Brown & Sons. The transaction was arranged by Brice O’Connor of the Boulos Co.

Maine Healthcare Association Workers Compensation Fund leased three private offices at 11 Parkwood Drive in Augusta from Graszulak Investments LLC  The deal was brokered on behalf of the tenant by Kevin Fletcher from the Fletcher Group of Keller Williams Realty.

Leases published on Nov. 30

Town Fair Tire leased 9,000 square feet of retail space at Elm Plaza in Waterville from Waterville Shopping Trust. The deal was brokered by Charlie Craig from the Dunham Group and Dan Plotkin from Northeast Realty.

E4H – Environments for Health LLC leased 2,401 square feet of office space at 75 York St. in Portland from Yorkshire LLC. The deal was brokered by Justin Lamontagne, Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group.

Ovation renewed its lease of 2,394 square feet of office space at 2 Union St. in Portland from Two Union Street LLC. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the deal.

Turner Construction Co. leased 1,800 square feet of office space at 43 York St. in Portland from J.B. Browns & Sons. The deal was brokered by Peter Gwilym and Vince Ciampi of Porta & Co. and Luke Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Realty One Group-Compass leased 1,654 square feet of office space at 506 Main St. in Westbrook from Stockhouse Station LLC. The landlord was represented by Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Ironwood Heavy Highway leased 1,399 square feet of office space at Pineland Center in New Gloucester from October Corp. The transaction was arranged by Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co.

Mad Science of Maine leased 1,365 square feet of office space at 33 McAlister Farm Road in Portland from PK Realty Management LLC. The tenant was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. and Tom Moulton and Katie Allen Breggia of the Dunham Group.

Second Street Associates leased 1,300 square feet of office space at 441 Main St. in Biddeford from Marcel Tremblay Inc. The transaction was arranged by Claire Richardson and Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co.

Luke Fagan leased a 292 square feet unit at 177 Main St. in Lewiston from TK 177 LLC. Tyler Stewart from the Fletcher Group of Keller Williams Realty represented both the landlord and tenant.
