CUSO Home Lending, Hampden-based mortgage company owned by Maine and New Hampshire credit unions, has promoted a manager to a newly created position of director of training.
Amy Reaviel has been in the mortgage lending profession since 2005. In 2018 she joined CUSO and began as a processing supervisor and was promoted to operations manager in 2019
“My goal will be to support our credit union partners with the training they need to provide superior customer service to their members and grow their business," Reaviel said. "I’m looking forward to creating some fresh new training programs that I hope will help them succeed in their day-to-day interactions with the families they serve.”
Lori Michaud, CEO of CUSO, said that Reaviel was chosen based on her years of experience.
“Strong training and resources are important to our success in promoting homeownership," Michaud said. "Amy’s experience in the mortgage industry and past training knowledge are key as we continue to support our credit unions in the real estate lending market.”
