CUSO Home Lending, a licensed mortgage company, has appointed Troy Taylor as vice president of servicing and loss mitigation.
Taylor accepted the position in June and has come to Maine from Pennsylvania. He brings over 30 years of experience in the field of financial services, with a focus on mortgage servicing and more than a dozen years in leadership positions.
“As we look toward the future and the needs of our homeowners, I believe Troy’s vast experience in leadership within our profession will help enhance our mortgage servicing area,” said CUSO Home Lending's president and CEO, Lori Michaud.
“Troy’s presence will make our commitment to excellence and our customer-centric approach even stronger.”
Prior to this position, Taylor worked at companies including Norwest Mortgage, CitiFinancial and Cenlar FSB as well as at smaller firms and credit unions such as Andrews Federal Credit Union and Cascade Financial Services.
“This role presents an opportunity to make a significant impact for our customers,” said Taylor. “My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to streamline mortgage servicing operations while delivering enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction."
CUSO Home Lending was founded in 1993. It is a licensed mortgage company owned by credit unions and the Maine Credit Union League, with a Maine office in Hampden.
