Entrepreneurship week gearing up

The Maine Center for Enterprise Development is kicking off Entrepreneurship Week, held Feb. 12-19, with an event for creative entrepreneurs.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 14, "artistically innovative" entrepreneurs are invited to one-on-one feedback sessions with investors and experienced business people at the University of Southern Maine. The 20-minute sessions are designed to provide new entrepreneurs with advice on their business ideas, information about what investors look for in startups and tips on business resources in Maine.
The rest of the week will include many other workshops, talks and programs for new entrepreneurs and more experienced business owners. The week's schedule and contact information is listed here.
