ERA Dawson Bradford Co. in Bangor said its Rock Team is one of four nominees for the Jim Jackson Memorial Service Award for Customer Satisfaction.

The award recognizes the top agent, team or company in all of ERA Real Estate for customer service.

The Rock Team was nominated alongside teams from Evansville, Ind.; Shalimar, Fla.; and Newburgh, Ind.

“The Rock Team has a lot to celebrate with this nomination,” said Julie Dawson Williams, ERA Dawson Bradford’s owner and CEO. “Within ERA, Jim Jackson’s name is associated with respect, integrity and providing the highest customer service. To be one of four nominees in the entire country to be nominated for this award says a lot about the level of customer satisfaction The Rock Team brings to the table.”

The Rock Team consists of Michelle Weatherbee, Pauline Rock, Kim Meagher Shelley, Angie Allen and Ira Kramer. It is the second consecutive year the team has been nominated.

ERA Dawson Bradford Co. was also named as a Gold Company within ERA, placing the agency in the top 50 ERA agencies in the U.S.

“Growing up in Maine, it comes as no surprise that we have a group of people in Maine getting recognized on a national stage,” said Williams. “And that recognition always comes with a sense of pride. These agents who are working so hard at sales and service are our friends, our family, our neighbors and our colleagues, and they deserve every bit of recognition they receive and more.”

ERA Dawson Bradford celebrated at Orono Brewing Co., recognizing the agents who won local and national awards. Among those were the Leaders’ Circle, recognizing the top three individual agents in sales; the Circle of Honor, recognizing the next four individual agents in sales, and the top teams at the agency.

The top individual in sales volume was Gus Ofili. The top duo team was the Nadeau Bragdon Team. The top large team was the Rock Team.

The celebration also recognized nearly a dozen new agents at ERA Dawson Bradford, and one experienced agent new to the agency.

Formed in 1974, ERA Dawson-Bradford represents real estate buyers and sellers in eastern, central and midcoast Maine. Jon and Nancy Dawson started the business and operated it in Bangor for 50 years, and now work with their daughter Julie, who purchased the business with her husband, Brian. The company has more than 70 agents.
