Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate the Masiello Group has scheduled a grand opening for its new real estate office at 1465 Post Road in Wells.
Scheduled for June 21, from 3- 6 p.m., the event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony with local officials, hosted by the Wells Chamber of Commerce, along with local cuisine, beverages, music, raffles and games.
Dating back 57 years, the Masiello Group has more than 35 offices throughout Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire and is the largest residential real estate firm north of Boston, according to a news release.
The unveiling of the Wells building aims to exemplify the group’s commitment to the prosperity of the area.
"Our agents reside in the charming communities between the coast and the mountains, serving the entire southern Maine region," said Daniel Hussey, regional sales director. "With our strategically located offices in Wells, Sanford and York, we ensure that we have ample resources for our valued clients, customers and agents. Through our new Wells office, we aim to showcase our dedication to creating a wonderful community for future generations."
The Wells office will serve home buyers and commercial investors, offering full-service buyer/seller representation including relocation assistance, mortgage services, home warranty options and closing processes.
