Exit Realty New England, a real estate franchise brand based in Boston, is looking ot expand its Maine footprint by adding more offices.
“We are actively looking for independent offices that feel they need assistance in branding, training and technology,” said Michael Wohl, Exit Realty New England’s regional owner. “We can provide them with this infrastructure while allowing them to run their business and service their clients as they see fit.”
The regional office is also interested in talking with existing franchise owners, he added.
The brand has two Maine offices, in Shapleigh and in Wells.
In 2021, the Wells office relocated to 913 Post Road, Unit E, as a larger location that offered more workspace for agents.
Last year, the Shapleigh office also relocated, from 20 Emery Mills Road to 920 Shapleigh Corner Road.
The offices are franchises of Boston-based Exit Realty New England, which is itself is part of Exit Realty Corp. International, a real estate franchise brand with independently owned and operated brokerage locations across the U.S. and Canada.
“Our goal is to offer our broker/owners franchise independence, where they are free to run their business as they see fit, and we provide the infrastructure that allows our owners to run a profitable business,” said Wohl.
Exit’s business model has been successful in a highly competitive industry, he said, because it offers brokers and agents an opportunity to earn single-level passive income in addition to their real estate commissions.
