Clearstead Trust, an investment services firm, has expanded its team with two leadership hires to its Portland office.
Jessamyn Norton joins as senior managing director, bringing over 20 years of investment experience. Previously, she was the chief investment officer at Spinnaker Trust, and she will focus on investment management and integrating Clearstead Advisors and Clearstead Trust's services. Norton received her bachelor's degree in economics and English literature from Wheaton College and her master's in business administration from the University of Chicago.
Doug Gross, who has over 25 years of experience in tax and accounting, has joined as a tax director. He will oversee trust and personal tax planning and collaborate with the firm's tax team to ensure accurate and client tax preparation. Gross previously served as a trust officer for Norway Savings Bank, has experience in public accounting and was the director of tax for a community bank.

Clearstead Trust, located at 1 Union St. in Portland, is owned by Cleveland-based Clearstead Advisors.
