Bangor-based engineering firm Haley Ward Inc. has elected 11 new vice presidents across its departments and service lines.
Haley Ward is an employee-owned professional engineering, environmental and surveying consulting firm with 200 employees in five states: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Florida.
"Our company has continued tremendous growth over the past couple years, necessitating the election of several additional vice presidents," said Haley Ward President and CEO Denis St. Peter. "Vice presidents were elected based on their expertise within our firm, their leadership roles associated with ownership transitions to Haley Ward, their contributions to our client's successes over their careers; for modeling our mission, vision, and values; and for leading the way for our employee-owners."
The newly elected vice presidents:
David Battista is an engineer, senior project manager and senior project engineer for Haley Ward's Winsted, Conn. office. He joined Haley Ward in 2022 when Lenard Engineering Inc. was acquired, and was principal engineer for over 35 years.
James Ericson is a professional engineer, regional manager, and senior project manager for the Glastonbury, Conn., branch. Ericson joined Haley Ward in 2022 when Lenard Engineering Inc. was acquired. He has over 40 years of experience in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Brian Milisci has been with Haley Ward since the 2021 acquisition of Whitman & Bingham Associates. He is director of the land development service line at the Leominster, Mass., office.
John Chagnon is the engineering firm's senior project manager and regional manager in Portsmouth, N.H. He joined Haley Ward in 2022 when the company acquired Ambit Engineering, where he served as president for 35 years.
Melissa Corbett is regional engineering manager and senior project manager at the Hobe Sound, Fla., office. She joined Haley Ward in 2022 through the acquisition of the MilCor Group, where she was the owner and president since 2008.
Todd Parsons is the senior project manager and senior project engineer in Winsted, Conn. He joined Haley Ward in 2022 through the acquisition of Lenard Engineering Inc., where he served as principal engineer for over 25 years.
Andrea Dickinson is an engineering intern, project manager and project engineer in Bangor. She has been with Haley Ward since 2010. Dickinson is experienced in conducting investigations and remediating contaminated properties. She also has experience with the National Environmental Policy Act.
Dave Hopkins Jr. is a regional manager and senior project manager in Presque Isle. He has been with Haley Ward since 2007 and has over 38 years of civil and environmental engineering experience.
Mark Temple is a senior project manager and senior project hydrogeologist in Glastonbury, Conn. Temple joined Haley Ward in 2022 when Lenard Engineering Inc. was acquired. He has over 40 years of experience in geophysical, geological, water supply, environmental and land-use consulting.
James Rheault is the senior project manager in Leominster, Mass., with over 35 years of experience. He has been with Haley Ward since 2021, when Haley Ward acquired Whitman & Bingham Associates LLC.
Marketing department
Jessamine Pottle has been the marketing director in Bangor since 2014. During the past several years, she led the company's name change and rebranding, as well as the marketing and brand transitions of firms acquired by Haley Ward.
