Bangor-based Haley Ward Inc., an engineering and survey firm, has acquired Whitman & Bingham Associates LLC, a Massachusetts firm.
Whtiman & Bingham, which has offices in Leominster and Chelmsford, is a surveying and civil engineering company.
The deal was announced Monday. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Moving forward, the company will be known as Whitman & Bingham, a division of Haley Ward.
WBA employs 10 staff, which will be integrated into Haley Ward as part of the acquisition.
In 2020, the Maine company, then known as CES, Inc., acquired Haley and Ward of Maynard, before then changing its name to Haley Ward. The Whitman & Bingham acquisition is the company’s second in Massachusetts.
