Hollywood Slots' revenue on the rise
Hollywood Slots has continued its streak of increasing revenues, bringing in more than $64 million in gross revenue in May.
The Bangor casino earned net revenue of $5.4 million last month, the third highest monthly figure since it opened in 2005, according to the Bangor Daily News. May was also the fifth consecutive month the casino has posted revenue increases, after a steady decline from July to December 2008.
Hollywood Slots posted its highest monthly total of $6.2 million last July, when it moved to its permanent location and doubled the number of slot machines to 1,000, according to the paper.
