Fate is based in the bank's Augusta branch.
In this new role, Fate is responsible for providing ongoing support and education to retail teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs and maintain the highest standards of service excellence.
Additionally, she oversees the operations of all customer-facing retail systems, collaborating with internal operational teams to monitor daily risk, compliance and audit controls. She also works with internal departments to optimize system efficiencies and processes.
"I am honored to have the opportunity to continue supporting, educating, and providing resources to our retail teams, empowering them to deliver the best possible experience for our customers,” said Fate. “I look forward to working alongside our dedicated team to further enhance the service we provide to our community."
Fate joined the bank in 2009 as a teller. She later transitioned to the branch operations and Items processing team and was promoted to branch operations manager.
"We are proud to recognize Natusha's success and the tremendous value she brings to our organization as she steps into the role of assistant vice president and director of retail operations," said Aline Taylor, chief retail banking officer. "Her leadership, dedication, and deep commitment to our team and customers have made a lasting impact, and we look forward to her continued contributions in this new role."
