Scarborough-based Landry/French Construction has promoted three project leaders.
Matt Gagnon has been promoted to project executive. He has 25 years of experience in commercial construction and has been with Landry/French for 12 of those years. He will provide overall team leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, and work directly with clients. Gagnon served as senior project manager on the new 200,000-square-foot medical building at the Rock Row Health Campus in Westbrook, oversaw the Casco Bay Ferry terminal renovations in Portland as well as construction of the Avesta Porter Station apartment complex, also in Portland. He is a LEED-accredited professional. He earned a bachelor's of science in construction management technology at the University of Maine.
Anna Schab has been promoted to project manager. She has close to a decade of industry experience, including a strong background in healthcare construction. Schab served as assistant project manager on the new medical office building at Rock Row. She studied civil engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Tyler Humphrey has been promoted to assistant superintendent. He also worked on the Rock Row building, as well as the Hobson’s Landing project in Portland.
Humphrey earned a bachelors in construction engineering technology at the University of Maine.
