Lincoln hospital CEO stepping down
The CEO of Penobscot Valley Hospital in Lincoln is stepping down this year after a seven-year tenure that included completion of about $5 million in renovation work.
The Bangor Daily News reported that CEO David Shannon is expected to stay on until late March before becoming CEO of Jersey Shore Hospital in Jersey Shore, Pa. Shannon had succeeded Ronald Victory. The hospital said in a press release it has not set a timetable for hiring its next CEO and that it will conduct a national search.
