Maine Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate firm in Portland, has rebranded as CoreFirms.
"Our transition to CORE signifies a pivotal moment for our organization," said Josh Soley, the company’s president. "As we continue to expand our reach and capabilities beyond Maine, we needed a name that encapsulates our mission."
The rebranding is expected to strengthen the company’s position as an advisor in the market," said Dajana Derman, director of management operations.
The company employs 14 on its sales and leasing team, a capital markets professional, and six on its operations and management team.
"We have a lot brewing right now internally and more in store for the market,” said Frank Carr, director of brokerage operations. “This rebrand will mark a significant benchmark in our history.”
The transition to the new name is expected to be seamless, with existing contracts, agreements and services continuing under the CORE brand.
