Portland-based Maine Realty Advisors has expanded to Hallowell, opening an office at 175 Water St.
The expansion aims to strengthen the real estate firm's footprint in the Augusta area and enhance its commitment to providing real estate services.
Ben Spencer, a senior vice president at the firm, will lead the Hallowell office.
Spencer has a background in commercial real estate and his leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth in the area.
"Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch services, and we look forward to forging lasting relationships with our clients and partners in this community," Spencer said.
The central Maine office will offer commercial real estate services, including asset management and brokerage. The office will serve as a center for connecting buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and investors and opportunities.
The 175 Water St. location provides easy accessibility and a central point for clients and stakeholders. Maine Realty Advisors is led is led by Josh Soley.
