Maine's commercial real estate leases for the month of July 2024

Surface Creations of Maine leased 6,100 square feet of mixed-use space at 12 Sanger Ave. in Waterville from E23 LLC. The tenant was represented by Ben Spencer of CoreFirms. The landlord was represented by Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co.  

Dirt Direct LLC leased 5,060 square feet of industrial space at 101 Pleasant Hill Road in Scarborough from 101 Pleasant Hill Rd LLC. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

M&R Holdings LLC leased 5,057 square feet of office space at 175 Innovation Way in Scarborough from ZBC Blackwood LLC. The transaction was arranged by Jon Rizzo and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co.

Opportunity Alliance leased 3,584 square feet of office space at 175 Lancaster St. in Portland from WBP Commercial LLC. The tenant was represented by Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Peter Gwilym of Porta & Co. 
 
BGA Financial leased 1,753 SF office space from Wholly Cow LLC at 75 Market St. in Portland. The tenant was represented by David Costello of Keller Williams. The landlord was represented by  Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers.

JKB Solutions Inc. leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 94 Auburn St. in Portland from MSP Properties 94 Auburn LLC. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Studio Eastman LLC leased 1,129 square feet of retail space at 54 York St. in Portland from 54 York LLC. Joe Malone and Luke Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

First Church of Christ Scientist leased 1,200 square feet of special use space at 963 Washington Ave. in Portland from George H Meloon Inc. The tenant was represented by Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers.

JAGD LLC leased 560 square feet of office space at 176 Main St. in Saco from BSG Properties LLC. Emmett Peoples of Porta & Co. represented both sides in this transaction.  

Leases published on July 18

Coastal Med Tech leased 12,000 square feet of industrial space at 45 Dowd Road in Bangor from Hardy & Associates. The lease was brokered by TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch of the Dunham Group and David Hughes from Epstein Commercial.

Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP renewed its lease of 5,457 square feet of industrial space lease at 30 Thomas Drive in Westbrook from 30 Thomas Drive LLC. The renewal was brokered by Justin Lamontagne from the Dunham Group and Cameron Foster from the Boulos Co.

Fastenal Co. leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 385 Rodman Road in Auburn from Northeastern Graphic Supply Inc. The tenant was represented by Sierra Lemieux of Fontaine Family Real Estate. The landlord was represented by Joe Malone and Luke Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Lifetime Opportunities and Training for a United Society LLC leased 4,998 square feet of office space at 39 Mechanic St. in Westbrook from HH1 LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Chris Romano from the Boulos Co.

Freedom Xpress leased 4,000 square feet of industrial space at 36 Bartlett Road in Gorham from Hincks Realty LLC. The deal was brokered by TC Haffenreffer, Sylas Hatch and Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group.

Bigelow Investment Advisors LLC leased 2,964 square feet of office space at 2 Monument Square in Portland from 800 Northern Corp. The tenant was represented by Nate Stevens and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia of the Dunham Group.

Portland Trust Co. LLC leased 2,964 square feet of office space at 2 Monument Square in Portland from 800 Northern Corp. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Vince Ciampi from Porta & Co.

Erin Pontbriand Counseling LLC leased 2,891 square feet of office space at 443 Main St. in Biddeford from 443 Main LLC. The transaction was arranged by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Karner Exteriors LLC, doing business as Dabella, leased 2,836 square feet of office space at 400 Riverside St. in Portland from Income Property Management. The tenant was represented by Jessica Estes of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co.

Iviews Imaging Systems leased 2,422 square feet of office space at 10 Moulton St. in Portland from Adriene Jane/Machie Glo Inc. The lease was brokered by Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group.

Nautilus Construction LLC leased 1,500 square feet of industrial space at 5 Bragdon Lane in Kennebunk from Adams Investments LLC. Zach Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal on behalf of both parties. 

Liberty Bank leased 1,288 square feet of office space at 170 Ocean St. in South Portland from Ocean’s 170 LLC. The deal was brokered by Emmett Peoples of Porta & Co.

EQ Maine LLC leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 144 High St. in Farmington from Ingalls Leasing LLC. Alex Pirleci of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal on behalf of both parties.

Alta Equipment leased 15,000 square feet of industrial space at 26 Washington Ave. in Scarborough from 26 Washington Ave. LLC. The deal was brokered by TC Haffenreffer, Sylas Hatch and Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group.

Guardian Pharmacy of Maine LLC renewed its lease of 13,922 Square feet of office space at 3 Business Parkway in Brunswick from 3 Business Parkway LLC. The tenant was represented by Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Tom Dunham and Greg Hasting of the Dunham Group.

The Augusta Housing Authority leased 3,524 square feet of office space at 1 Weston Court in Augusta from Vickery Hill LLC. The deal was brokered by Emily Theriualt of Pouliot Real Estate and Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Brennan & Rogers PLLC leased 2,481 square feet of office space at 2 Storer St. in Kennebunk from Kesslen Mill LLC. The deal was brokered by Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group.

Wolfpack Realty LLC leased 2,462 square feet of office space at 383 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from MER Development. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Marc Fishman from Keller Williams.

Trueline Publishing Inc. subleased 2,450 square feet of office space at 81 Bridge St. in Yarmouth from Dirigo Collective Inc. The deal was brokered by Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group and Cam Foster from the Boulos Co.

PeopleReady Inc. leased 1,934 square feet of office space at 778 Main St. in South Portland from RJH Realty LLC. The tenant was represented by Nate Stevens and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Craig Young and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co. 

Cory Poulin leased 1,515 square feet of retail space at 77 Hill St. in Biddeford from Fournier Properties LLC. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Blackburn Financial leased 1,151 square feet of office space at 201 Main St. in Westbrook from Pride Properties Inc. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Winners Corner ME LLC leased 1,125 square feet of retail space at 23 Wells St. in North Berwick from Delphi Holding IX LLC. Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co. brokered the transaction.

Hanna Keene Photography LLC leased 1,100 square feet of office space at 10 Water St. in Waterville from North River Hathaway LLC. The deal was brokered by Chris Paszyc and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co.
