Maine's commercial real estate leases for the month of June 2024

For the week of June 6

Compassus renewed its lease of 5,000 square feet of office space at 163 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from 163 U.S. Route 1 LLC. The tenant was represented by Stephanie Severson of Avison Young-New England. The landlord was represented by Brice O’Connor of the Boulos Co.

Mainely Teeth leased 4,950 square feet of medical and office space at 117 Auburn St. in Portland from Falls Brook LLC. The tenant was represented by Mike Zaller of CARR Commercial. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson and Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co.

Acadia Insulation LLC leased 4,600 square feet of industrial space at 48 Commercial St. in Lewiston from MRE Inc. The transaction was arranged by Chris Paszyc, Nick Lucas and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co.

Half Moon Home Décor and Design Studio LLC leased 4,367 square feet of retail space from Red Barn Properties LLC at 1773 Post Road in Wells. Zach Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal.

MaineHealth, doing business as NorthStar Ambulance, leased 4,000 square feet of warehouse space at 161 Atlantic Highway in Northport from NorthPoint Holdings LLC. The tenant was represented by Drew Sigfridson and Jessica Estes of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Nick Lucas and Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. 

The State of Maine Corporations Division leased 3,720 square feet of office space at 6 E. Chestnut Street in Lewiston from Augusta East Redevelopment Co. LLC. The tenant was represented by Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Dennis Wheelock of Magnusson Balfour.

FairShake leased 3,307 square feet of office space at 59 East Ave. in Lewiston from Great Androscoggin Land Co. LLC. The landlord was represented by Chris Paszyc, Nick Lucas and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co.

Energy Efficient Investments Inc. leased 3,000 square feet of industrial space at 23 Evergreen Drive in Portland from 1925 Evergreen Partners LLC. The tenant was represented by Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Craig Young and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co.
 
Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza leased 2,920 square feet of retail space at 451 Payne Road in Scarborough from Miser Investments LLC. The transaction was arranged by Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co.

Jar Consulting LLC leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at 420 Alfred St. in Biddeford from Boston Venture Holdings Biddeford LLC. The tenant was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Tim Millett of Porta & Co.

For the week of June 13

Kidport Inc. leased 11,456 square feet of retail and hospitality space at 79-81 Western Ave. in Kennebunk. The deal was brokered by Jennifer Davies and Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Stacks Pancake Co. LLC leased 4,300 square feet of retail space at 183 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from Dolphin Marketplace LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group.

Mindy’s Munchies leased 2,046 square feet of retail space at 251 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

Reframe Fitness LLC leased 1,900 square feet of retail space at 267 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth. The deal was brokered by Jennifer Davies and Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.

The New England Aquarium leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 84 Cove St. in Portland from Sleepy Hollow Development. The deal was brokered by Bryan Plourde and Chris Craig from the Dunham Group.

Aland Realty Group subleased 800 square feet of office space at 2 Storer St. in Kennebunk from Kennebunk Port & Shore Realty. The deal was brokered by Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group.

For the week of June 20

CrossFit 321 is relocating to 4,500 square feet at 6 Center Park Road, Unit 4, in Topsham, in newly constructed space. The landlord, the Grant Group LLC, was represented by the Boulos Co.’s Noah Stebbins and Chris Romano.

JBDoss Realty LLC leased 4,000 square feet of medical office space at 180 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from 180 U.S. Route 1 LLC.  Anthony Struzziero of Porta & Co. represented both sides in this transaction.

Augusta Housing Authority leased 3,524 square feet of office space at 1 Weston Court in Augusta from Vickery Hill LLC. The tenant was represented by Emily Theriault of Pouliot Real Estate. The landlord was represented by Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers.

The Maine Association for the Education of Young Children and the Maine Women's Lobby leased 2,990 square feet of office space at 1 Weston Court in Augusta from Vickery Hill LLC. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Robinson Smith Wealth Advisors leased 3,107 square feet of office space at 82 Running Hill Road in South Portland from 607 Northern Boulevard Realty Corp. The tenant was represented by Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Katie Breggia of the Dunham Group.

Coastal Cottage Services LLC leased 2,600 square feet of industrial space at 5 Bragdon Lane in Kennebunk from Adams Investments LLC. Both tenant and landlord were represented by Zach Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour.

Share the Love Consignment LLC leased 2,212 square feet of retail space at 6 Page St. in Kittery from Wilson Service Co. Inc. The landlord was represented by Christian Stallkamp and Katherine Gemmecke of the Boulos Co.

Blake Orchard Inc. leased 1,524 square feet of retail space at 2 Station Ave. in Brunswick from WFF Brunswick Owner LLC. The tenant was represented by Jessica Estes of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson and Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Cahill Asset Inc. leased 1,500 square feet of industrial space at 15 Washington Ave. in Scarborough from Hugo Properties LLC. The tenant was represented by Jennifer Davies of Compass Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Jon Rizzo and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co.

Paul Designs Project PLLC leased 1,422 square feet of office space at 22 Monument Square in Portland from Storrey Industries LLC. The transaction was arranged by Nate Stevens and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co.

Deer Brook Consulting leased 1,399 square feet of office space at Pineland Center in New Gloucester from October Corp. The landlord was represented by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Hightower Holding LLC leased 1,305 square feet of office space at Pineland Center in New Gloucester from October Corp.  The tenant was represented by Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co. and Benjamin Cooper of CBIZ Gibraltar Real Estate Services LLC. The landlord was represented by Claire Richardson of  the Boulos Co.

Scarborough Integrative Health Inc. renewed its lease of 1,400 square feet of office space at 51 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from Nonesuch River Plaza LLC. Chris Craig from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Saplings Occupational Therapy LLC leased 1,228 square feet of office space at 51 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from Nonesuch River Plaza LLC. The deal was brokered by Chris Craig from the Dunham Group and Cameron Foster from the Boulos Co.

Spencer Melnick renewed a lease of 672 square feet of office space at 1 Union St. in Portland from 237 Commercial St. LLC. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Morgan Wallingford leased 230 square feet of office space at 201 Main St. in Westbrook from Pride Properties Inc. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers managed the transaction.

For the week of June 27

Town Fair Tire Centers of Maine LLC leased 11,140 square feet  of retail space at 260 High St. in Ellsworth from Gendron Real Estate. The tenant was represented by Daniel Plotkin of Northeast Retail Leasing & Management Co. LLC. The landlord was represented by the team of Chris Paszyc, Nick Lucas and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co.

Miller Fitness LLC leased 10,176 square feet of retail space at 550 Center St. in Auburn from Auburn Plaza Inc. The tenant was represented by Nick Lucas and Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Craig Young of the Boulos Co.

Change Healthcare Pharmacy Solutions Inc. renewed its lease of 8,200 square feet of office space at 45 Commerce Drive in Augusta from 45 Commerce Drive Leasing LLC. The tenant was represented by Corey Paquette of CBRE. The landlord was represented by Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co.

Two Light Settlement Services leased 3,600 square feet of office space at 120 Center St. in Auburn from 120 Center Street Plaza LLC. The deal was brokered by Katie Breggia and Tom Moulton from the Dunham Group and Dustin Boutin from Tedford & Associates.

AJC Remodeling & Construction LLC leased 1,150 square feet of retail space at 327 Ocean House Road in Cape Elizabeth from Lathrop & Lathrop Inc. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group.
