Joe Italiaander and Chris Gallagher of the Boulos Co. representing the seller and Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co. representing the buyer brokered the deal, which closed July 31.
93 McLellan Road, Lot 5A, Gorham: 9.95-acre lot sold to Fairway Commons LLC by Gorham Country Club Inc. for $350,000. Greg Hastings and Tom Dunham from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Sept. 19.
