New York firm to buy Canton senior living home
A Monsey, N.Y.-based health care management firm has reached an agreement to purchase the Victorian Villa Rehabilitation and Living Center in Canton.
The Sun Journal reported that Pinnacle Group of Hudson Valley’s planned acquisition of the senior living facility was announced Thursday by facility Administrator Mark Jacobs, who said he will continue to run its day-to-day operations, with only minor changes expected.
Pinnacle Group is set to purchase Victorian Villa’s business operations and real estate holdings for $1.8 million, according to a letter of intent filed with the state. The closing of the sale is subject to approval by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services.
