Norway Savings Bank has promoted Beth Garza to the role of vice president and loan operations manager.
In her new role, Garza will manage the loan operations team, which is comprised of the retail loan center and loan servicing team.
“I am very excited to step into the loan operations manager role and I’m grateful for the opportunity,” said Garza. “Our team is full of knowledgeable, hard-working people. I am very proud of our team and all we accomplish together.”
She joined Norway Savings in 2015 as a customer service representative in the bank’s Norway branch. In 2017, Garza moved to the loan servicing team and became loan operations assistant manager in 2021. She was most recently promoted to assistant vice president and loan operations servicing assistant manager.
Garza is actively involved with the bank's culture activities and projects, including as leader of the Remote Workers Steering Committee. She is also the president of the board for Oxford SACC Childcare and is part of the selection team for the Oxford County Teacher of the Year.
The Buckfield resident is currently enrolled in the business management banking program at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine.
