Oil co. shuts down, leaves clients in the cold

An oil delivery company in Lewiston has reportedly gone out of business without informing customers who prepaid for their fuel, according to news station WGME 13.
Provider Discount Fuel recently shut down and its customers who prepaid for fuel are attempting to get their money returned. Provider's owner, Mark Cloutier, refuses to return the money, according to WGME.
The state has been unsuccessful in its efforts to settle with Cloutier, the news station reported.
