Fontaine Family-The Real Estate Leader hired Maryanne Bear as listing manager/marketing director in Scarborough.
PDT Architects in Portland promoted Brian Curley to president and managing principal. Curley, who was named principal in 2003, succeeds David Webster, a founding principal who led the firm for 38 years. Webster will continue in an advisory role, running the federal/VA health care market sector while Curley heads the corporate/financial/housing sectors.
Gawron Turgeon Architects in Scarborough named Rebecca Dillon as principal and vice president of architecture.
