Portland IT provider names new hire, promotions in strategic leadership moves

Logically, a managed security and IT service provider, announced its new chief revenue officer and other  leadership changes.

CRO Steve Rivera most recently led sales and marketing at CynergisTek, a cybersecurity consulting firm headquartered in Texas.

"I am deeply passionate about helping clients design their IT environments to be elastic and resilient enough to withstand outages and attacks while continuing to serve their clients and generate revenues. Throughout his 25-year career, Rivera has been a regional vice president to an executive leader, with assignments including corporate and program management, transformational organizational design, cybersecurity operations, cloud security, and executive-level consulting.

Rivera is the latest hire in strategic leadership changes that align with Logically's strategy to grow as a customer-centric and innovative security solution provider, including the recent promotion of Joshua Skeens to CEO.

"These leadership changes bring together a team of best-in-class experts in the cybersecurity and IT industry to offer our customers the latest innovations in cybersecurity solutions," said Skeens, CEO of Logically. "The role changes announced today will be pivotal as we march toward being a top-tier managed security solution provider."

Keith Johnson has been promoted from Logically's chief security officer to chief operating officer, Skeens' former position.

With 35 years of experience, Paul Turner has been promoted to chief product officer from chief technology officer. 

MJ Patent, an experienced marketing professional who has spent the last decade building and scaling marketing teams for several IT channel companies, including Insight and Tech Data, will step into the role of vice president of marketing.

Logically has more than a dozen offices across the country and employs more than 450 people, including 30-plus in Portland.
