Portside Real Estate Group — a real estate agency with offices in Portland, Falmouth, Yarmouth, Brunswick, Cape Elizabeth, Kennebunk and New Hampshire — received the Good Things Brokerage award from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) for going above and beyond with contributions to the communities Portside serves.
Portside also achieved rankings in the 2023 RealTrends 500.
LeadingRE is a global network of 550 independent real estate firms. The award was presented at LeadingRE’s annual conference, last month in Las Vegas.
The award recognized Portside’s 1% Back to Maine program, Portside Foundation and its numerous nonprofit events throughout the year.
"As a real estate brokerage serving Maine and New Hampshire, we believe that our work is about more than just buying and selling properties; it's about making a positive impact in the lives of those around us,” Portside’s founder, Dava Davin, said in a news release.
Portside is LeadingRE’s Maine and New Hampshire representative.
The RealTrends 500, now in its 36th year, ranks the performance of the top residential real estate brokerage firms. It identifies the country’s largest and most successful agents and firms ranked by closed transactions sides and separately closed sales volume.
For the third year in a row, Portside was ranked as one of the top private independents (No. 139) and the top 500 for volume (No. 452). It was also recognized among the best real estate professionals and the best community website.
Top private independents are awarded to brokerage firms that are corporately owned but are not franchises.
Portside was founded in 2012.
