Portside Real Estate Group announces award winners and new hires

Portside Real Estate Group’s award winners.
Portside Real Estate Group announced its 2024 Portside Partners, Circle of Excellence and Sign Rider award winners during its annual awards ceremony on Feb.13.
And it announced two new hires.
Awards
The Partner Award is a recognition for the most successful agents at Portside. These agents have demonstrated exceptional performance and dedication to their clients, consistently achieving the highest gross commission income per individual agent.
Partner Award winners: Taylor McFarlane, Jim McFarlane, John Fitzsimons, Erin Oldham, Brent Sawyer and Lisa Guerette.
The "Circle of Excellence Award" recognizes the outstanding performance and dedication of top agents. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional sales skills and drive and achieved outstanding results.
Excellence winners: Sarah Delisle, Stacy Salvo, Jen Tabb, Mary Conroy, Cady Toussaint, Jeff Rioux, Julie Rosenthal, Andrea Galuza, Heather Mayer and Randy Ferrell.
"Sign Rider" awards are peer-nominated in a variety of categories.
Winners:Jen Monsulick (admin of the year), Cindy DeWitt (buyer’s agent of the year), Brent Sawyer and Lisa Guerette (community leaders), Kari Hodgens (coverage champ), Cady Toussaint (listing leader), Sarah Singer and Ellen Domingos (mentors of the year), Stacy Salvo (most improved), Warren Kadden (notable newcomer), Jackie Bousquet (people’s choice), Ashley Kellogg (Portside cheerleader), Dana Stivers (rookie of the year), Rosendo Group (top team) and Julie Rosenthal (unsung hero).
Recent additions .
Portside had two additions to its Kennebunk office.
Christy Harlander was hired as an associate broker. Harlander has over three years of experience in the real estate industry. Before Portside, she worked as an associate broker at a larger franchise brokerage.
Before joining the real estate industry, she obtained a master's degree in school counseling.
Luke Hayward joined as a sales agent. Hayward has over a year of experience in the real estate industry. Before Portside, he worked as a sales agent at a large franchise brokerage. A graduate of Gould Academy, he joined Portside to grow his business.
