Preti Flaherty has announced that a new attorney has joined the firm's Portland office, where she will practice corporate law and be a member of the mergers and acquisitions team.
Erin Naylon earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she was executive articles editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. Naylon was a member of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society and the Slavic Eurasian-American Legal Society. She received the Silver Public Service Award for contributing more than 500 hours of pro bono work.
Naylon interned for Michele Kern-Rappy of the New York State Supreme Court Mediation Office and Arthur M. Diamond of the Nassau County Supreme Court.
Before law school, she worked as an operations analyst for Vidaris Inc., an architectural firm in New York.
