Brickyard Hollow Brewing Co., based in Yarmouth with five locations in southern Maine, will reach into new territory at Flagstaff Landing at 310 ME-27, Stratton-Eustis.
The restaurant was set to open Dec. 26, just in time for the holidays. Brad Moll is the co-owner of the original Brickyard Hollow and lead developer for the Flagstaff Landing project.
The Flagstaff Landing site is in a key location for snowmobilers and skiers, as it is close to both Sugarloaf and Saddleback. In the summer, Flagstaff Lake is popular boating location.
The company said the Eustis location is focused on providing excellent catering for events at Flagstaff Landing, including weddings and corporate retreats, in addition to being a fully functional Brickyard Hollow restaurant with all the great brews and pizza offerings southern coastal Mainers have been enjoying for years.
In October, Mainebiz reported Brickyard Hollow's sixth location was opening in Skowhegan at the former Whit's End Grill & Bar. The 123 Madison Ave. restaurant opened Dec. 10 for dine-in and takeout from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Brickyard Hollow, founded at 236 Main St. in Yarmouth in 2017, also has locations in Freeport, Portland and Ogunquit.
